Description
Golden sour beer fermented with Brettanomyces and conditioned on Mango and Passionfruit. Brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats, and fermented with our most tropical-fruit forward Brettanomyces yeast blends. Conjurer was blended from two batches of beer, directly onto 280g/l of mango and passionfruit in one of our most heavily fruited releases to date.
