Description
Nose: Pineapple cubes, aged column distilled rum, some crushed mint, ripe cherries, almond syrup, beeswax candles, tropical cordial.
Palate: Aged oak furniture, morello cherries, pineapple cordial, fenugreek, fennel & crushed black pepper. Some dried thyme & dried meadow flowers
Finish: Long, spicy (without water) quite dry with lots of fresh ginger.
Distilled in 1987 at Invergordon grain distillery, bottled at 34 Years Old by Thompson Bros of Dornoch.
