Simply wonderful dry Chenin Blanc; full of ripe green apple notes, lovely texture, and big on refreshing mineral vibes. The later pick of golden yellow Chenin hand selected from all plots. Pressed directly. Fermentation and aging in barrels. Bottled in September.
100% Chenin Blanc planted in black schist soils in the Anjou of France’s Loire Valley.
Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
