Description
Fantastic every day cider made from a blend of eating and cooking apples. All fruit here is harvested from the 2021 vintage, fermented and then finished in an oak barrel before being lightly carbonated. The result is a light and crisp cider with subtle sweetness and a zesty lean finish.
Founded by Peter Crawford in 2020 on his family estate in Balmarino, he and his wife Sarah planted hindereds of trees which they now harvest to produce these vinous, elegant ciders.
