Description
A blend of hand-picked cider apples, varietals include Harry Masters Jersey, Black Dabinett and Stoke Red. Slightly more tannin and slightly less acidity than the Blue. Complex and delicious. Only 2200 bottles made.
Founded by Peter Crawford in 2020 on his family estate in Balmarino, he and his wife Sarah planted hindereds of trees which they now harvest to produce these vinous, elegant ciders.
