The Suffolk countryside brings many joys. Long, sunny summer days, lush hedgerows bursting with fruits, meadows full of fresh wildflowers. It’s very much the inspiration for our annual Hedgerow Blend sour – a celebration of hedgerow fruits found bountifully near the brewery. In the 2022 blend, we used a mix of foraged wild plums, damsons, blackberries & elderberries, alongside the usual wild hops. It’s one of our favourites, with the dry, slightly tannic finish balancing out with the intense jamminess of the fruits.
