Natural Pinot Noir from WIlfried Crochet in Lorraine. Grown over clay Limestone soils just north of Alsace.
Wilfried uses low intervention methods, organic farming good fruit from limestone soils, to craft precise and aromatic wines. He draws on his experience at estate Paul Jaboulet Aîné, and time spent working in Crimea, Greece and Australia, and five years in Champagne.
100% Pinot Noir, de-stemmed, natural fermentation in stainless steel, aged 7 months in inox tanks.
