An elegant blend of mostly Chenin Blanc, sourced from 4 different sites in the Swartland. It has a lovely, pure nose of apple, apricot, and citrus, and a textured and nicely balanced palate. Delicious, drinkable and food-friendly.

Mother Rock is a collaboration between winemaker Johan Meyer and Indigo founder Ben Henshaw. Johan, a star of the new South African wine scene, has developed strong relationships with some of the best grape growers across the Cape over the years, and as a result he has gained access to some of the region’s best fruit. 

Organically grown, aged half in concrete eggs and half in old oak barrels spending 14 months on the lees to add texture and complexity to the wine.
