Distilled in 1994 and left to mature in a single cask for 27 years. Bottled independently by Phil and Simon Thompson Bros Dornoch.
Nose: Pine liqueur, roasted pineapple, bandages, grass silage, nail polish, pear drops, Flambé banana, Ricola cough drops, freshly tarred road on a hot day…
Palate: Ricola, oak tannins, fig puree, dates, cooking apple skins, pine resin, Maggi sauce, fermenting pineapple
Finish: Not as dry as expected; long & lingering with fruit, oak & buttery melted red onions
