Description
A collaboration between ‘the Ciderologist’ Gabe Cook and Tom Oliver. Pours hazy with a pink-ish hue, almost like a skin-contact rose.
On the palate this is first rhubarb, and then moves to stone fruits, mostly peach and apricot. Think Lipton iced tea meets rhubarb.
big furry tannins. This is an absolutely stunning perry.
