Pochle Geal is made from forgotten, donated and foraged apples in Edinburgh. It is delicious paired with tonic water for a refreshing mix of crisp cider and quinine flavours in a refreshing long drink.
The name comes from the old Scots word pochle, meaning to take a small amount of something that doesn’t necessarily belong to you.
