Description
Beautiful light Trocken Riesling from Rudolf & Rita Trossen. White flowers lead into a nose of green apple, citrus, peach and crushed stone minerals. Soils here are blue and grey slate, and the palate reflects this wet stone mineral edge.
Grapes were hand harvested from 4 biodynamic vineyards in the Mosel Valley. Wild yeast fermentation and ageing in stainless steel to preserve Riesling’s pronounced fruit character.
Natural winemaking with small sulphur addition at bottling for stability.
