Made from cold-distilling the pomace of his Dabinett cider immediately after pressing, along with angelica root and juniper berries. The result is a delicious juicy, crunchy and lightly spicy gin.
Perfect serve: Highball glass with lots of ice, a lime wedge or grapefruit peel and the tonic of your choice.
