Shadow puppet – 11.5% imperial stout barrel aged in North British barrels (Edinburgh) then refermented on Scottish raspberries and cacao Loads of chocolate and raspberries, some wood and a little whisky. kind of an imperial stout version of a cranachan (Scottish dessert) obviously not too sweet.
