Solar del Alma Aglianico 2022, a testament to the unique character of the Aglianico grape, is crafted with precision and care. The vineyard, located in Maipú, Mendoza, at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level, follows the Guyot simple conduction method. With a decade of growth, the 10-year-old vines yield grapes with optimal ripeness. The density of 6,900 plants per hectare and a production of 1,300g per plant ensure a focus on quality. The manual selection of clusters during harvest reflects a commitment to selecting only the finest grapes. The fermentation process, carried out with indigenous yeasts in 5500 and 7600 liters inox steel tanks, is notable for its absence of added sulfites, preserving the pure expression of the Aglianico grape.
