50% Syrah 50% Grenache Blend. 25-50 year old vines across three parcels totalling 1.25 hectares. Manual harvest. De-stemmed, 3 month maceration in fibreglass, no extraction. Ageing in fibreglass tank for 10 months. No added sulphur.
