Description
Very delicious orange wine, citrusy, apricot and spice vibes, clean and super stable.
Made from Catarartto vines grown on mostly limestone and clay.
Just before the end of the alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about twelve days on the skins, the wine is separated from the pomace which is pressed. The wine will continue to age on the lees, until the following Spring, before being bottled.
