In our effort to continue amplifying standard ales for the modern palate we wanted to go back a few years to the first craft style ale that made us never want to drink another macro beer again, the West Coast Inida Pale Ale. Our highest gravity beer to date pours in the glass a lovely hue of golden-brown with just a hint of artificially-coloured Irn Bru and a bright white lacing head full of bubbles and aroma. The nose is tropical and citrus fruit with just a hint of the dankenss about to follow. On the tongue resinous bitterness is balanced by tons of biscuity sweetness and a creamy but not too heavy mouthfeel.
