Description
A cider made from a blend of Shropshire and Montgomeryshire apples. Welsh Cider Mountain normally make a single orchard blend from this Shropshire orchard, which is their Border’s Bittersweet. This year, they blended the fruit with some of the earlier apples from Prospect Orchard which made a lighter cider with more acidity and softer tannins. This still cider really lets the apples speak for themselves.
