Produced from a vineyard surrounded by forest this Arinto distinguishes itself by its minerality, structure and depth along with the typical acidity and precision provided by this variety.
Grape variety of great quality that produces vibrant and aromatic portuguese white wines, typically grown in the vinho verde region. Also known by the name Pedernã, it has good acidity and a mineral character that goes well with its citrus and tree fruit flavours. Arinto has bunches of a medium size with small grapes that are tightly together and lead to medium yields.

The preservation of the eco-system, water, biodiversity & producing grapes with minimal human intervention. All of these are a priority to A&D, with their aim being to produce natural terroir wines. The vines are cultivated in an organic, sustainable way, located between 180 & 400 meters of altitude.
