The entry level of Akashi-Tai’s connoisseur range of traditional Japanese Sake rice wine. This is created with Gohyakumangoku rice milled down to just 60% of its original size, resulting in a sake that is full flavoured and balanced with a fruity taste and creamy mouthfeel.

100% Hyogo produced Gohyakumangoku Rice Milling Rate: 60% ABV: 15%
Discrete nose of lemon, lime and straw. On the palate a dry start with complex tropical fruit flavours and citrus undertones. A smooth well balanced finish.
Food pairing: BBQ meats, warm soup and casserole, miso and teriyaki flavoured dishes, grilled fish, sashimi and seafood in general. Also great with cheese such as cheddar and comte.
