Ardlair is a pseudonym for a whisky that originates from the Ardmore distillery and has been made available by independent bottler, Signatory Vintage.
The whisky was matured in a refill Oloroso Sherry Butt and is part of Signatory’s Cask Strength Collection, which features whiskies bottled directly at cask strength.
Pistachios, hazelnut, baked goods, a creamy note with dried fruits from the sherry and green apple freshness. Tasty stuff!
