In post Brexit Britain, we are currently unable to source lambic from our friends on the mainland, which deeply saddens us. This year’s Cuvée is a blend of mixed fermentation and spontaneously fermented beers, all produced at Burning Sky. Light, spritzy and complex, it can be enjoyed now or aged further.
