Description
The nose has wild herbs & red fruits, there are dark berry fruits & woodland hints on the palate, backed by subtle oaky spices & soft ripe tannins. A lovely creaminess on the palate that is classic for a Corbieres.
Full bodied but soft & velvety without being too dry.
A classic combination with cassoulet, sausages, rabbit & lamb.
