Beautiful Riesling from Rudolf & Rita Trossen. Bright golden in the glass with elegant aromas of apples, citrus and apricots along with touches of honey and minerals.
Medium-full body, citrus, flowers, bright mineral line. The perfect balance of residual sugar at the level of 18 grams and acidity makes for a dry mouthfeel.
Excellent natural Riesling with a light 11% alcohol, pairs greatly with seafood, white fish & sushi.
Grapes were hand harvested from their langfuhr vineyards in the Mosel Valley. Wild yeast fermentation and ageing in stainless steel to preserve Riesling’s pronounced fruit character.
Natural winemaking with small sulphur addition at bottling for stability.
