Glen Moray 15 year old distilled in 2007 and bottled by Thompson Bros from a single First Fill barrel.
Official notes from Phil & Simon:
Nose: Pear brandy, meadow flowers, white pepper, manuka honey, demerara sugar, apple crumble, gelatinous peach (Hakuto jelly), grapefruit
Palate: Lemon, ginger and manuka honey tea, wet hay, lozenges, lots of wood spice, cookie dough, overripe pears
Finish: Long and citrusy!
This is from a small outturn of only 200 bottles so we ask that they be one bottle per customer so more folk get the chance to taste it.
