Inchmurrin 9 year old, distilled in 2014 and aged in 2 seperate refill barrels before bottling and release by the team at Thompson Bros.
Official notes from Phil & Simon:
On the nose: Green apples, chamomile tea, osmanthus, crisp green peppers, mellow oak spice; cloves, ginger, mace and vanilla. Very bright, fresh and fruity with tropical notes and lime peel.
Palate: Tropical fruits continue, with pineapple, lychee, dried mango. Green apple peel, citrus peel and a hint of the wood spice from the nose
Finish: Soft & elegant with a lingering fruitiness
Excellent and quaffable fruit juice. Inchmurrin is such an amazing & fruity spirit, almost reminiscent of Irish pure pot style.
A small outturn of 470 bottles and a limited allocation means we as that this be one bottle per customer.
