Description
Settimo Pizzolato is the latest of five generations of Pizzolati who have made wine here. The estate has been organic since 1991 but about 10 years ago energetic Settimo pushed through a quantum leap upwards in quality.
At Cantina Pizzolato farming is entirely Organic and wines are made in absence of sulfite additions.
