Description
Aligoté from a western-facing parcel at the top of the hill, 360M above sea level. Surrounded by forest, the soils here are predominantly clay. Only a smaller harvest this year, as they lost 30% to frosts and hail. Aged in used barrels for 10 months. Not fined or filtered. 0.5g/hl SO2 added before bottling.
