Description
Beautiful sparkling from one of our favourite producers. Meinklang make this 100% Pinot Gris Pet Nat from hand picked biodynamic fruit grown on their farm in Burgunland, Austria.
Fruit was picked end of September. Fermented on skins for 5 days before pressing off and bottling with 20 grams residual sugar. Fermentation then finished naturally in the bottle while it was aged for 7 months on the yeast and than degorged by hand. The final wine is dry having finished at 2.4 grams residual sugar. Fantastic, crisp and full of aromatic ripe green fruit.
