Everybody’s favourite go-to cider from last year returns. Michelin (75%), Dabinett (20%) and Foxwhelp (5%) are crushed together and matured in stainless steel. The flavour profile is much the same this season: a really clean palate and a bright, juicy acidity hits first, then the deeper notes of mandarin and orange pith, with just a bit of tannin to hold it all together. Not too much, not too little. This is the perfect one-size-fits-all cider – newbies will find this a wonderful entry to the world of fine cider, and seasoned cider drinkers will find this the perfect fridge-filler, at a price which is, frankly, absurd.
