Description
This particular Orkney single malt, of undisclosed origin, was distilled in 2005 and bottled at 17 years of age in 2023, without the addition of colouring or chill filtration, for inclusion in Signatory Vintage’s Cask Strength Collection.
To avoid any confusion with Scapa, they have helpfully labelled this as Orkney 17-year-old (HP), with additional details indicating that the whisky was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, resulting in a yield of 612 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55.3%.
