Delicious and refreshing sparkling sake from Akashi-Tai. The Junmai Gingjo designation indicates no alcohol was added after fermentation.
This was made by Champagne style traditional method. Light, refreshing and reminiscent of Moscato d’Asti. A delicious aperitif.
